Josh originally started his real estate career through investing in 2012. Before that he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Olivet College in Risk Management & Insurance. Being originally from the area, he knows the area’s amenity and local business community very well. This gives him the ability to provide his clients with a hyper local & personalized real estate service.

    Josh started Northern Den Realty in June of 2018 with the intention of fusing together two of his passions:
